While the bedrooms are unfurnished, you'll find the common areas and kitchen fully furnished and equipped, making it easy to settle in. A washing machine is available for your laundry needs, and smoking is permitted outdoors only. Street parking is also available for your convenience.
Rent is affordable, with standard rooms (Rooms 1 to 11) at $210 per week and larger rooms (Rooms 12 and 13) at $230 per week, all bills included. A security deposit equivalent to two weeks' rent and a minimum rental term of six months ensure a smooth and secure stay.
